Description
The Winco CAST-5UL is a professional wood underliner engineered to facilitate the safe service of high-heat cast iron cookware, specifically models CASM-5R and CAST-5. In a demanding restaurant environment, the underliner serves as a vital thermal barrier, protecting tabletops and linens from scorching temperatures.
The dense wood construction provides the necessary durability to support heavy iron servers while offering a classic presentation for steakhouses and casual dining establishments.
The underliner is designed with a deep recessed center that secures the cast iron piece, preventing it from sliding during transport. This structural feature is essential for staff safety when moving through high-traffic dining areas. Finished to resist grease and moisture, the CAST-5UL ensures a professional appearance and a reliable grip for service personnel throughout every shift.
