The blade uses high quality Swedish stainless steel, known for its sharpness and ease of sharpening. It is carefully sharpened to a thinner edge than conventional Western-style counterparts, creating a knife with superior sharpness while staying easy to sharpen and maintain.
The handle is made of Micarta: a modern, high-tech material with excellent water and heat resistance. Its natural wood-grain like pattern also serves to enhance the premium quality and feel of this knife. Extra levels of polishing over multiple processes are applied to create smooth curves in the handle, making it comfortable for human hands to hold for long periods of time without muscle strain.
