Description

This Sagi DF51 5 tray undercounter blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specificallydesigned to sit under a standard worktop and to hold 1/1gn containers it will work in tandem with the Convection and Combi steam ovens.
