Description
Recess for slate CM063
Looking for a quirky way of presenting main dishes or sharing platters? Then the Olympia wooden base for slate platter will be perfect for you. Thanks to the finger slots, the slate (sold separately) can be easily removed allowing staff to work quickly and efficiently. Also, the solid bamboo wood material provides a stylish and practical way of presenting main dishes or small sharing platters, so your chefs can produce the high quality presentation with ease.Boasting the wipeable surface makes it quick and easy to clean with a clean damp cloth, allowing them to be re-used quickly without needing to clean the whole board. And the small side inserts helps staff to pick up the platters from the table meaning your staff are less likely to trap their fingers under the boards and potentially ruin the presentation.Featuring the light wood beautifully contrasts with the charcoal slate (sold separately) producing the perfect presentation for your chefs.
