Description
These Nella 5″ Patty Paper is designed to prevent meat patties from sticking together during storage and preparation. The 5″ diameter matches standard burger presses, making it an efficient choice for high-volume burger production. By placing a sheet between each portion, staff can stack meat without the risk of tearing the protein when separating them for the grill.
The perforated design allows for moisture control and air circulation around the meat. This feature is important for maintaining the texture and color of ground beef or poultry while refrigerated. These sheets help keep kitchen operations organized, as they allow for quick access during the busiest service hours in a professional kitchen.
Sold in packs of 500 sheets, this product offers a cost-effective way to maintain food safety standards. Each sheet acts as a barrier, reducing direct contact between hands and the food product during the stacking process. This paper is a staple for any meat processing station or deli that prepares fresh burgers daily for their menu.
