Description

The 11″ Seamless Aluminum Pizza Screen is engineered to facilitate superior air circulation during the baking process. The heavy duty mesh design allows heat to reach the dough directly, resulting in a consistently crisp crust across the bottom of the pizza. By using this tool, kitchens can achieve professional results in conveyor or deck ovens.

Constructed from high quality aluminum, the frame maintains its shape under high temperature conditions. The circular design accommodates large pizzas, providing a stable base that prevents dough from sagging into oven grates. This construction ensures long term use in high volume pizza shops where speed and consistency are vital for success.

The screen allows for easy loading and unloading of pies, reducing the risk of tearing the crust. It helps even out the bake by preventing hotspots that can occur when placing dough directly on oven stones. This accessory is a standard requirement for any professional food service operation aiming to standardize crust quality.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Suitable for medium to large pizzerias and high volume Italian restaurants.
• Maintenance Advice: Hand wash with a soft brush and non-corrosive detergent; avoid commercial dishwashers to prevent aluminum oxidation.
