Description
Experience the dazzling brilliance of this Japanese glass, a masterpiece of Mino Kiriko, the renowned cut-glass tradition from Gifu Prefecture. Crafted with meticulous care, the outer surface features a frosted crystalline finish, enhanced with hand-painted gold, silver, and bronze pigments before being fired to reveal a jewel-like glow that changes beautifully when light passes through.
Sandblasted patterns bring depth to the glass, while the design celebrates Hokusais painting “The Great Wave Off Kanagawa,” capturing the majesty of Mount Fuji and the movement of waves in stunning detail. A luxurious example of Japanese craftsmanship, this Mino Kiriko glass is a striking gift and a refined addition to any table or collection.
