Our Kijiro Series unites high-end knifemaking and lacquering, two of Japan’s traditional and world-class techniques. The hand-forged Silver Steel #3 blade and cutting edge are carefully created to maximize sharpness and beauty. Traditional lacquering techniques are applied to the handle to protect it. A transparent layer with amber coloring is applied to the wood grain, so the lacquer and wood can be equally enjoyed.
