The Kansas City Hummus Bowl sits comfortably between a bowl and a plate, creating a generous everyday form for hummus, rice bowls, salads, roasted vegetables and leftovers. Originally developed for a Portland culinary pop-up, its versatility made it a lasting part of the Wolf Ceramics collection.
Each shallow bowl is handmade by the small Wolf Ceramics team in Hood River, Oregon, then dipped in glaze from each side. Variations in the finished surface reflect the human process behind every piece.
