The hygienic stainless steel construction and design allows a full size (1/1) gastronorm pan (supplied) worth of food to be stored within the chip dump and innovative design keeps the contents crisp and tasty. The Falcon chip scuttle features a gantry mounted heat lamp, to ensure food is warmed evenly and the angled draining plate assists with the scooping and serving process.
