Description

The Econocold GD-TPP-94 pizza prep table provides a massive workspace and high-volume storage capacity for busy commercial kitchens. Built with a high-quality stainless steel interior and exterior, the unit is designed for long-term durability in high-moisture environments. The top section includes 1/3 size stainless steel pans, while the lower refrigerated base features 2 pre-installed shelves per section to keep toppings organized and accessible.

Efficient cooling is managed by a 3/4 HP side-mount compressor using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. An electronic temperature controller maintains a consistent range of 1.1C to 4.4C (34F to 40F), ensuring food safety and quality. The unit also utilizes an automatic defrosting system with ventilated cooling to prevent ice buildup and maintain even airflow across all 3 sections.

User convenience and sanitation are prioritized with a standard 19 1/4″ deep cutting board and recessed door handles. Self-closing doors with a stay-open feature help staff manage high-traffic periods, while magnetic gaskets provide a tight, positive seal to conserve energy.
