Description
Whether it’s used for self service or assisted service areas, the Buffalo food warmer with gantry is a great solution for holding food at serving temperatures for extended periods.
A superb combination of stylish design with strong commercial construction, the food warmer is exceptionally easy to use and includes independent controls for each of the two warming plates and overhead heat lamps. Simply select a temperature (anywhere between 35C to 85C), and let the Buffalo food warmer do the rest. And once service is over, the warmer is exceptionally easy to clean – a great little feature for saving a bit of time.
This model features three plates with overhead bulbs and can accommodate up to full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm food trays at a time.
