Description
Bacon, omelettes, pancakes – no matter what you’re cooking, the Blue Seal Evolution chrome griddle is exactly what you need. Boasting a powerful 31kW thermostatic burner system and a 20mm cooking plate, the griddle is able to quickly build and maintain heat. This allows you to rapidly cook food and keep up with the demand of busy services.
Plus, simplistic dials make it easy for your staff to control heat across the plate. This makes it ideal for accurately cooking a variety of foods to a high standard.
The robust stainless-steel stand features a handy undershelf for additional storage, whilst adjustable front legs and two rear castors allow for simple installation, cleaning and servicing. And thanks to the built-in removable drip tray, the griddle safely stores debris and grease – keeping it away from your food as it cooks.
