The Ellia marble bowl is made from solid marble, carefully carved from a large block and polished on all surfaces. Our Ellia series is handmade, requiring skill and concentration to achieve the perfect shape. As marble is a natural material, variations may occur, making each bowl unique. The colours will range from light brown to dark brown.
Below are some general guidelines for cleaning marble and travertine stone:
1.**Avoid Acidic Cleaners:** Steer clear of highly acidic cleaners such as lemon juice or vinegar which can damage the stone.
2.**Use Neutral Cleaners:** Opt for cleaners with a neutral pH value that are specifically designed for natural stone surfaces.
3.**Perform a Spot Test:** Always conduct a test with any cleaning product on a small, inconspicuous area to ensure it doesn’t cause harm.
4.**Avoid Abrasive Sponges:** Refrain from using abrasive sponges or brushes as they can scratch the surface.
5.**Rinse Thoroughly:** After cleaning, thoroughly rinse the stone with clean water to remove any cleaning product residues.
