Its powder-coated carbon steel shell and integrated analog thermometer provides precision and is weather resistant. The 0.6″ thick cordierite stone ensures excellent heat retention for consistent, high-quality crusts.
Featuring a borosilicate glass door with ClearView technology, operators can monitor the baking process without losing ambient heat. The second-generation design includes an expanded fuel tray for longer burn times with wood or charcoal.
