Description
This Nella 10″ Chef Medium Knife features a high quality stainless steel blade designed for daily commercial use. The super fiber handle provides a secure grip that resists moisture and heat, ensuring safety during high speed prep work. It is available in red, green, or black to help kitchens implement color coded safety programs and prevent cross contamination.
A 10″ blade length offers enough surface area for large tasks like slicing melons or cutting through thick proteins. The medium weight distribution allows for a natural rocking motion, which reduces wrist fatigue for prep cooks handling large volumes of vegetables. The super fiber material ensures the handle remains attached under heavy pressure without cracking.
Designed to meet strict sanitary standards, the colour options allow to assign specific knives to poultry, produce, or meat stations. This organization helps maintain a safe workspace while providing the cutting power needed for efficient back of house operations.
- Restaurant Size Recommendation: Suitable for any size establishment, from small cafes to large scale institutional kitchens requiring reliable cutlery.
- Maintenance Advice: Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately to prevent spotting.
